Dear Sierra Canyon homeowners,


In order to maintain the proper operation of your heating and air-conditioning unit (AKA HVAC), it is advisable that you have your system checked at least once a year by an authorized technician. Changing your systems filter every three months as a minimum will also extend the life of your HVAC unit. Currently, the developers warranty is valid for two years from close-of-escrow. In addition to the developers warranty, there is a five year warranty on parts (labor not included) from COE as well. On February 15th, the company responsible for maintaining your system under warranty (Sierra Mechanical) will have brochures available at the Aspen Lodge that provide helpful information on maintenance of your HVAC system.
